Birthday Parties

Let Flip-Flop host your next birthday party! Parties include a hostess to set-up, supervise and clean up. 20 party favors are included with each party as well. More information about hosted birthday parties can be found here.

Parent's Night Out

Looking for an evening or night without the kids. Check out the schedule for upcoming PNO. The kids play games like limbo, freeze dance, run an obstacle course and win prizes. It's great wholesome fun in a safe atmosphere. More details can be found here.

Competitive Gymnastics Program

Our competitive girls team competes all over the state at Levels 1-8 and XCEL. Flip-Flop has coached many successfull competitive gymnasts achieving several state champions and regional event medalists.

Competition season is from November through April. Come support our competition teams at events around the state. Our Events schedule posts all competitions that Flip-Flop attends.

Competitive Cheer Program

Our All-star program is a newer program, it is a competitive cheer program. We are super excited about this new program and cant wait to watch it grow
